Gel Oil Based Topcoat Product Overview

Gel Topcoat is a heavy-duty oil-and-urethane interior finish. Apply it in thin coats, followed by wiping off the excess to produce a hand-rubbed look over stained or unfinished wood. Use over any of General Finishes stains.
